The rate at which men are taking out their lovers who apparently take advantage of them financially is alarming. Why is the rate so worrisome? When a man dates a woman, most of the men take full custody of their lovers’ needs: rent, food, clothings, funding business, taking them out for fun, paying for education etc. as a way of expressing love and care.
Some men even assume that such women automatically become their own, literally as wives. That is why it ends up tragedy, when such women abandon such men. When love or obsessiveness enters to these men’s head, especially if they never had some bromance experiences before, they end up feeling like they own these women.
Such men become so comfortable hence, providing for everything their lovers want. Apparently, some even take loans to finance their female lovers lifestyles for instance, buying a car. This is extremely perilous, especially if the woman decides to end the relationship. The man becomes stressed and depressed. This results to some men reaching irreversible state of wanting to commit murder.
These men are extremely vulnerable, and ready to tragically end this relationship. We have lately witnessed men killing their lovers for leaving them after investing so much. Recently, a man was arrested before committing a crime. He travelled all the way from Meru to kill his lover for abandoning him after taking a loan for her.
Another case happened recently, where a man sneaked into a hospital and killed his lover he had financed her business, after eloping for another man. A wealthy tycoon from Kiambu killed his wife, then turned a gun on himself ending two lives due to marital conflicts.
Love can be extremely fatal if couples don’t go for guidance and counseling, incase they are having issues. Sometimes, it is recommendable to separate if issues have reached unbearable situation. Separation gives partners substantial amount of time to calm down and figure out if it is possible or worthy reconciling.
Men should also take their time to learn female lovers, before starting to finance or splashing their finances to please them. This may reduce the alarming rate of tragedies related to relationships. Ladies should also be candid enough to take their time, before letting a man take full custody of their upkeep, to prevent those men from feeling entitled to them.
Killing someone’s daughter or son is not going to make it better but adding salt to injury. Therefore, stop killing and go to church to seek prayers and resonance from God. It is advisable to talk to someone who can listen and relate to your situation.
Unfortunately, these problems will always be there, hence, continuous education and creating awareness can sufficiently contribute towards reducing relationship related tragedies
It is very sad how people are killing each other when love don’t seem to work.
Our current generation is full of evil. We have to be very keen in any aspect of life. Know your friends well . Be smart and above all , transparency is very important key .
