Garissa: A police officer killed his girlfriend then detonated a hand grenade blowing himself into flesh debris. The police officer stabbed his girlfriend several times killing her instantly after a heated argument.
On realizing what he had done, he detonated a hand grenade which killed him. The police and his girlfriend have been having a heated argument, the girlfriend claiming of infidelity from the police officer.
Their bodies were taking to Mwingi awaiting postmortem. It is claimed that the police officer might have resorted to committing suicide after realizing what he had done.
